Convocation Guidelines
π Provisional Certificate
All graduates must surrender their Provisional Certificate at the registration desk before entering the convocation hall. The original certificate will not be handed over without surrendering the provisional one.
π No Provisional Certificate? Get your NOC first
If you have not collected your Provisional Certificate, your original certificate will be handed over only after you submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC / clearance) from each of the offices below that applies to you. Bring the NOCs to the registration desk together with your Smart ID Card.
- 1 Central Library
- 2 Your Department
- 3 Your Hall of residence (if you had a seat in a hall)
- 4 University Farm (Khamar), if you worked or had dues there
Save your backup sign-in codes now
Signing in may ask for a 6-digit code sent to your email. When thousands of graduates sign in together, that email can be slow to arrive.
So sign in at least once early, open your student panel and find βBackup sign-in codesβ. Take a photo of the codes or write them down. If the email code does not arrive, type one of these codes instead β each code works once.
